RE: Cleaning after a ride

Electric leaf blower followed by moping and damp towels. We all unload then I clean the trailer It only takes me 15-20 minutes. By that time wife has the laundry started and the kids have the food put away then we all go out to dinner. Like a well oiled machine

RE: Attitude NADA pricing

what are you trying price? If you are trying to buy it give us the year, model, asking price. If you are trying to sell yours be careful that it doesn't look like you are trying to sell it on this forum. Remember it is a buyers market right now. If you are buying, offer less. If you are selling be prepared to take it in the shorts. Good Luck

RE: Extension Cord-- yes or no?

Oh man, I expected at least one person to post "NO NO NO you can't do that" For some BS reason, Oh well, I too have been doing it for years with no problems.

RE: Attitude/Eclipse

I would bet all the manufacturers are hurting. I hope they make it but if they don't I have a good trailer that I am very happy with. I don't care about the warranty as I'm fairly sure I will never use it. I can fix most things better then Eclipse and in most cases it will cost me less than the time and fuel it would take to take it in for service.

RE: XPS Tires on Toy Hauler?

If your trailer came with G rated tires I don't thing I would move down to E's. I have always gone the other way and moved up to a stronger tire for my own peace of mind. I just check the manufacturer sticker and the recommended tires are load range D. The previous owner said he replaced the tires once and must have upgraded to the G rated tires. Since all that is recommended is D rated, I think I'll be good to go with the XPS Rib. It sounds like the G's were over kill. you should be very happy with the XPS Rib's

RE: Attitude ramp door

I'm glad you found the problem and are able to repair it without major surgery

RE: Attitude ramp door

On my attitude ramp door im have a problem with that cheap metal trim around the door, it started coming off the first couple of time I loaded my rhino. Im going to replace it with some angle iron. I have the same problem with mine. If you spin the tires at all on that edge it bends. I went to a metal supply co. I found a 3/4" x 2" aluminium about $25 per 8' stick. When I have enough bends in mine and an extra $100 I will fix mine.

RE: Best Quad for the Dunes?

I have ridden the Yamaha yfz 450,660,700 at Pismo the 660 Raptor (my quad)is a good quad but not on the same level as 700 Raptor or 450. The 700 has more power and is not as top heavy as my 660 overall I liked the 700 it's a easy quad to ride fast or slow. The Yamaha YFZ 450 doesn't like to go slow it's like a sand rocket. That thing is a kick to ride, the power comes on like a stick of TNT. If you like popping wheelies in all gears and like to run wide open most of the time the 450 is for you. I'm not 20 any more so as fun as the 450 was to ride I could see myself getting hurt on it. so when I upgrade I will go with the 700. Try to match the quad to your balls. good luck

RE: Why Close Topic?

Wow! I just clicked on the big blue bar....No have never done it that way all these years just pop on my TH forum and thats it. Lots of other sections that i dont even know!!:E But i dont read those sections or post there i only post in the section that pertains to me. Thats how we get the B H's in here. They read the name of the topic and if it sounds controversial they post in it whether they know about the topic or not. That's why if you start a thread titled "OUTSIDE SPEAKERS" you will get a bunch of outsiders that jump in yelling about how you had better never park next to them at the campground when they don't have a clue about how 95% of us camp in the boondocks.

RE: Why Close Topic?

I know how to stop 90% of the closures in the Toy Hauler section. In the big blue line at the top of the page you will see "Newest, Active, Popular" click on any one of them and it shows you the new topics in all of RV.Net. For someone with lots of time on their hands this is a temptation to meddle in sections they normally would never see. If the "Newest, Active, Popular" would only show the "Newest, Active, Popular" for the section you are in you would be less likely to stick your nose in were it doesn't belong, getting normal posters in that section all riled up. I know for me I have no clue what they are talking about in most of the other sections of RV.Net nor do I want to know.

RE: 80psi on stock WW wheels

I don't know what wheel WW put on your trailer. most steel wheels will not be rated for 80 psi whatever wheels you use make sure you use truck valve stems good luck

RE: toy loading question

"accomodate all 3 bikes" are you talking about the 3 quads you just bought or do you want to load 3 bikes and 3 quads it this trailer? Most 25' Toy Haulers can hold 4 full sized quads so I would think you should be able to get 1 full sized quad 2 50cc quads and 3 dirt bikes in without standing anything up.
